The theme of the conference was the scientific and medical approach of Thermal Microcautery (Agnikarma). Topics included testimonials from patients who have recovered from chronic pain conditions including migraines, live demonstrations of thermal microcautery procedures, clinical cases and research approach and question and answer sessions.
Presentations were made by experts with international experience including Vaidya Asvin Barot (Eminent Ayurveda Consultant and Researcher, UK India), Dr N.G. Kostopoulos (Director of the Holistic Health Centre, Greece) and Dr Camillus Power (Ex Dean Pain Faculty, Ireland) among others.
